Customer Reviews
Good hanging chair for the patio
I got one of those fauteuil suspendu chairs for my backyard. It's pretty comfy and looks nice. Setup was easy enough, even for me. Shipping took about a week to get to my place in Florida, which was fine. Overall, happy with it.
Consistently good experience
This was my third order from Hamac Zen, this time for a hamac de voyage. Like before, the ordering process was smooth, and it arrived within the estimated delivery time. Their products are always as described and hold up well. It's why I keep coming back when I need something for my garden or for a trip. They've been reliable for me.
Fast delivery, good hamac
Ordered a hamac en filet. It shipped quick and got here in 6 days. Product was exactly as pictured. Easy to set up. Very comfortable. No issues at all.
Decent hammock, some delivery quirks
I ordered a hamac en toile for my patio. The hammock itself is good quality and feels durable for outdoor use. The price was competitive, especially with a small discount I found. Delivery took about 9 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but within their stated window. The packaging for the ropes and mousquetons was a little flimsy, but nothing was damaged. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, but they could probably improve the speed of their shipping slightly.
Detailed feedback on my order
I purchased a hamac de jardin with the wooden support. Ordering online was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation right away. The package arrived in excellent condition about 8 days after I placed the order. The wooden support was well-packaged, and all parts were included. Assembly took me about 45 minutes, following the instructions provided. The hamac en coton feels sturdy and comfortable. I had a quick question about maintenance, and their customer service responded within a day via email, which was helpful. The only minor observation was that the tracking update stopped for a day in the middle of transit, but it still arrived on time.
Great value on a double hammock
I was looking for a good deal on a hamac double and found Hamac Zen during their summer sale. I got about 30% off, which was a significant saving compared to other sites. The quality feels solid for the price I paid. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth with this purchase.

What kind of payment options do they accept? Just credit cards, or is there PayPal too?
Does anyone know if Hamac Zen ever does student discounts? Or is it just the newsletter sign-up thing?
Is it possible to combine a newsletter discount with a free shipping code if I have both? Or is it one per order?
Anyone know if Hamac Zen is actually legit? Like, are their hammocks good quality, or should I just go with something from Amazon?
Are the wooden hammock stands easy to put together? I'm not super handy.
